Nick Muir Wins Reserve Championship in Youth 13 and Under Reining
WRHA would like to congratulate Nick Muir on his NRHA North American Affiliate Reserve Championship in Youth 13 and Under Reining. Nick competed at the NRHA North American Affiliate Championship show held in conjunction with the NRHA Futurity in Oklahoma City in November. Nick rides under the guidance of his mom, Sue Muir, herself finishing in the top ten in Rookie Professional at the same show, after being named champion in Rookie Professional at the NRHA Northwest Regional Affiliate Finals to qualify for the championship show. WRHA was well-represented at both the NRHA North American Affiliate Championships and the Regional Affiliate Finals with many wins and top ten finishes. The NRHA North American Affiliate Championships and Futurity is the equivalent of the Superbowl event in reining and completes the 2012 show season. Reiners wanting to get a jump start on the 2012 show season, or are shopping for a new horse, can reach out to trainers such as Sue for assistance in selecting the right horse, training, lessons and showing.
