World Standard SQF Certification Assures Highest Level of Product Safety

Newton, WI, January 5, 2012 – Omega Fields® is happy to announce that all flaxseed products manufactured within the facilities of its parent company, ENRECO, Inc., have received SQF 2000 Level 3 Certification, a worldwide standard, assuring that only the highest quality ground flaxseed is used in their human, equine, canine, and poultry supplements.

The Safe Quality Food (SQF) Institute is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative and by retailers and foodservice providers worldwide as the epitome of rigorous, credible food safety management systems, with Level-3 being their most demanding certification program. ENRECO is the only flaxseed manufacturer in North America to attain this level of food safety and quality inspection, assuring their position as the quality leader in the flaxseed ingredient industry.
