We do not guarantee the sale or performance of the goods offered for sale nor guarantee the performance or representation by the sellers/owners using this site. Sellers/owners are responsible for proofreading their ad for accuracy and to confirm that they have the correct photo(s). Owners/sellers are responsible for deletion of ads and for marking ads as "SOLD." We do not guarantee uninterupted service as there are some circumstances beyond our control.

Refusal of Service:
The following will not be allowed on this site and will lead to the immediate banning of the seller from this site:

• Derogatory, slanderous, or malicious ads
• Obsene words or phrases
• Pornographic images or descriptions
• Horses whose ownership is in dispute
• Any fraudulent or questionable advertising

Payment:
All ads submitted on this site are on a prepaid basis. There are no refunds for cancelled ads. Any magazine ads to be cancelled, must be done in writing or by email to: info@nwhorsesource.com, by the 5th of the month prior to publication.

It is the sole responsibility of the owner/seller to obtain permission from photographers, subjects, etc. for photos submitted for use on this site.
