Bells at Christmas are as traditional as snowflakes, trees, ribbons and bows and for the holidays Two Horse Enterprises will be including a trail bell in orders received between November 1st and January 1, 2007.

A Trail Bell is a small, Swiss bell that attaches to a cinch or breast collar.  It's little tinkle will notify wildlife and other trail users in the area that you're on the trail.  It has a breakaway ring so you don't have to worry about it getting hung up in tall grasses or snags. Over the holidays, hang a trail bell on your horse's stall door so he's in the Christmas spirit too.

Two Horse Enterprises is dedicated to trail riding and horse camping.  Over 25 trail books and guides for finding trails, camps and staging areas in various states are offered along with other publications such as "Bombproof Your Horse", "Trail Training" and more. Videos, camping hardware and maps are available for order. And if one can't decide what to wrap up for a Christmas present, Two Horse has Gift Certificates available.

Now With 25 mg of Biotin

Horseshoer’s Secret® was scientifically developed to ensure your horse receives a balanced blend of the essential ingredients developed to build strong, healthy hooves.

In addition, Horseshoer’s Secret Concentrate provides a complex medley of

#5-New Research Demonstrates Improved Mare Colostrum Quality

Through Targeted Nutrition

New research conducted by Freedom Health, LLC shows that SUCCEEDDigestive Conditioning Programhas a positive effect on the immunoglobulin levels of a mare’s milk, or colostrum, when added to the diet 90 days prior to foaling.

The study found that mares on SUCCEED had a dramatic and statistically significant 97% increase in colostrum immunoglobulin levels compared with mares not receiving SUCCEED. The transfer of IgG via colostrum from the mare to the foal within the first 24 hours post foaling is critical for good foal immunity and early health.

Research has shown that foals receiving quality colostrum - with high IgG levels - are more resistant to bacterial and disease challenges and gain weight better than foals fed lower-quality colostrum. Therefore, the ability to influence colostrum quality through the nutrition of the mare is extremely valuable for all breeders.

#7-Signature Leather launches brand in USA

British company Signature Leather Ltd has launched a bespoke a line of custom made gloves in a variety of styles and colors direct from the UK to select equestrian retailers across the USA just in time for the holiday season.

Quickly becoming the glove of choice throughout English equestrian disciplines the company anticipates that through the abundance of color choice available, together with the ability to manufacture styles to order, that they will also attract interest across a broad sweep of equestrian sports. The secret to the quality of the gloves is the choice of world-renowned WRX100 leather from British tanners Pittards whose leather is used across all models in the Signature Collection.

Riders and carriage drivers agree that Signature leather is best described as a true “second skin”, providing the optimum close contact through the reins – unbelievably soft but strong and water-repellent at the same time.
