World Racehorse Partners Club

The world of horse racing is fascinating and fast paced. It's a sport unlike any other. It's also an exclusive world and a tough nut to crack for those who want to own their own horse, never mind a whole stable. The Internet has the power to change that equation.

The World Racehorse Partners Club is based on the concept of an associative stable. The idea is to get people together to create a stellar stable of not one or two, but 20 racehorses. Each partner in the club gets access to stats, interviews with jockeys and the trainer, daily updates on the health and training regimen of the horses who will race all over the world: France, Great Britain, USA. At the end of the year, winnings from the races are distributed equally among the partners. It's exactly like owning 20 racehorses, without the heavy investments.

The WRPC is based out of Chantilly, France -- the largest training site for thoroughbreds in the world. The individual who created this amazing concept is serious about racing. He's been active in the French thoroughbred racing world for over 30 years, and he wants to give more people access to the joys of this sport. Visit http://www.wrpcpartners.com for more details.

National Animal Identification System to be Voluntary

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is emphasizing that the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) will be a voluntary program and that no plans are in place to make the program mandatory.

One of the key recommendations made by the Equine Species Working Group (ESWG), is that no equine movements should be reported. The task force was developed to evaluate the NAIS and develop recommendations as to how the horse industry might be able to participate in such a system.

For further information on the NAIS, please visit www.usda.gov/nais. For information on the ESWG and their recommendations, please visit their website, www.equinespeciesworkinggroup.com.

Best In Show Performance Horsewear™ , Poised to Impact Blanket Market with Superior Product Line

Best in Show Performance Horsewear™, the country’s most innovative new equestrian manufacturer, wants to keep your horse warm, dry, comfortable and stylish this winter with an exciting and original line of horse clothing. The company, based in North Conway, N.H., was founded in 2005 by horse people, for horse people—and their horses.

The company’s mission is to fulfill the need for fashionable and technology-forward horse gear. Its founders are lifelong riders and competitors who over time recognized a significant lack in quality horse clothing. Tired of the rubs, bad fit, limited color choices and underwhelming performance of what was on the market, they created Best in Show. The company’s proprietary pattern cut, the cornerstone of all their horse wear designs, is patent pending.

For more information about Best in Show, including product details and where to buy, please visit www.bestinshowph.com or call 603-383-0800.
