Snaffle Bits Horse Treats
“Horses don’t care how much you know, they only know how much you care.” This is the motto of LTP Friendship Farms LLC, created by husband and wife team Tami and Terry Shofner who together bring over 25 years of valuable experience and love to their enterprise. Snaffle Bits horse treats are homemade and combine both health and taste. Containing no preservatives or by-products, Snaffle Bits offer ingredients that are known to help condition the coat; such as flaxseed and black oil sunflower seeds which provide essential fatty acids, and alongside a healthy feeding and exercise program are a great addition to your horse’s diet. Snaffle Bits horse treats are also shaped with older horses in mind who sometimes have difficulty chewing. Snaffle Bits are available from feed stores, tack stores, and veterinarians, by mail, by special delivery, and through some horse shows, expos, and events. PalaMOUNTAINS™ Equine
Fresh off the boat from New Zealand are scientifically formulated PalaMOUNTAINS™ Equine and Equine Plus, designed to fill the nutritional gap in today’s processed diets. Managing director John Palamountain explains, “Many of the vitamins found in processed foods are not readily utilized by the body, there is a need for quality supplements that are actually absorbed into the system.” The liquid PalaMOUNTAINS™ does just that, with 99.5% digestibility. The unique oil emulsion helps to deliver both fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins into the cells of all horses. Results can be seen in a relatively short period of time and horses maintain their condition well. PalaMOUNTAINS™ Equine assists with maintaining stomach health, skin and hoof condition and energy levels. PalaMOUNTAINS™ Equine Plus* adds creatine to the formulation to assist building muscle mass and for energy storage in muscles. Horses find the sugar-free liquid formulation extremely palatable. PalaMOUNTAINS™ can either be poured directly onto the horse’s normal feed ration or dosed if the horse is a very poor eater. Available from veterinarians, select tack shops and now online (www.vitapowerusa.com) PalaMOUNTAINS™ is competitively priced so that it may benefit every horse in the barn, not just a select few.
