New fencing from 440 Fence Company
The 440 Fence Company has developed an amazingly simple solution with their new pipe fencing. Using a high-tensile, cold-rolled steel pipe, the fence is constructed using a simple connector that requires only an Allen wrench to put together.
440 Fence is very versatile and can be used to cover any type of terrain. The adaptable style of fencing can be done in one, two, three or four rail. There is also a pipe and cable style available. To guard against rust all components have four layers of protection.
While 440 Fence is a superior, easy-to-build exterior and cross-fencing, it is also extremely well-suited for arenas, round pens and livestock holding pens. Now available in the Northwest through Longhorn Fence Company. For more information or samples contact Longhorn Fence Company in at (541) 956-8768 or longhornfence@uci.net.
Premier Equestrian introduces ProStride Rubber Arena Footing
Premier Equestrian, one of the nation’s leading suppliers of dressage arenas, jumps and stable accessories, announced their newest line extension today, Premier ProStride, a premium rubber arena footing. According to President, Heidi Zorn, “ProStride is manufactured from recycled tires but with exacting size specifications and optimum nylon-fiber content designed to make ProStride the ideal equine performance surface.”
According to Zorn, mixing rubber into a sand arena extends the life of the sand by separating the abrasive sand particles from each other. The mix also reduces dust and requires less watering. The rubber surface has also been proven to help protect horses’ legs and hooves from impact related injuries. Premier ProStride is now available throughout the United States and Canada.
Premier Equestrian’s web address is www.PremierEquestrian.com. There is a great deal of information on surfaces for dressage and jumping along with indoor and outdoor arena surfaces to benefit horses of any discipline.
