National Reined Cow Horse Association Sponsor Committee Chairman Carol Rose has announced that Polo Ranch of Marietta, Oklahoma, is the most recent ranch to join the NRCHA sponsor family as a Breeder Sponsor.
"We're thrilled to welcome Polo Ranch on board as an NRCHA Breeder Sponsor," said Rose. She continued, "Polo Ranch has a prestigious reputation and record in the industry for breeding performance champions in reining, cutting and reined cow horse competition and we appreciate the ranch supporting the reined cow horse industry in this way." Susie Reed, Polo Ranch Manager, said, "Our stallions have had much success in the reined cow horse industry - both as performers and sires. The National Reined Cow Horse Association has really supported our stallions, and we really want to return the favor by continuing to support and promote such a great association."
Although Polo Ranch is currently being downsized and has scheduled a dispersal sale, slated for October 16-17, Reed noted that the stallions, including Boonlight Dancer, Soula Jule Star, and Gallo Del Cielo, will not be sold. The stallions will continue to stand to the public, available for breeding via shipped semen. Susie said, "We will continue to promote these stallions, and will keep them nominated for all of the incentives. We love seeing their offspring do well at NRCHA events." Rose added, "It's an honor for the NRCHA to have an entity with the stature of Polo Ranch believe in and join the NRCHA Breeder Sponsor family." The NRCHA Breeder Sponsor program is a special industry-based program for sponsorship exposure. The program was created to meet the marketing needs of breeding and training operations and to give maximum exposure with arena signage, editorial and advertising exposure in Stock Horse News and even inclusion in the NRCHA Silks Program.
