Barb Apple, Master Horsemanship Clinician and Randee Fox, Brown Belt Nia Instructor Present: Energy and Body Retreat for Women & Horses
Sat. May 31st thru Sunday June 1st.

Join Barb and Randee for this very special 2 day retreat Saturday May 31st thru Sunday June 1st at Blue Heron Ranch in Sammamish. Barb Apple is an internationally respected clinician and a masterful teacher. Randee Fox is a Brown Belt Certified Nia Instructor and horsewoman. Enjoy an energetic Nia class in the morning, work with Barb and your horse all afternoon, and end with a Nia FloorPlay class focusing on flexibility and mobility. Blue Heron Ranch is a pastoral horse ranch where you can enjoy miles of trails, meditate in the sanctuary, rest on a hammock, enjoy an evening campfire.

About Nia for equestrians:
Nia is an exhilarating, expressive fusion movement class incorporating dance, the martial arts and the healing arts. Nia addresses the whole human being, not just the body by teaching us to move in ways that most benefit our individuality and creating pathways to an unlimited sense of our fitness potentials. By sensing your body with more awareness you can begin to sense your horse's body, improve your rhythm, your horse's cadence, your riding fitness level and your communication skills. Improving the balance between our rider's body and our horse's body allows us to tap more deeply into the magic and power of handling and riding horses more successfully.

Overnight lodging for four women and pasture boarding available for four horses. Ranch has two experienced school horses to lease for those without a horse. Come play! Fee: $295

Auditors welcome: Nia and horse session: $50 per day per person includes two Nia classes and auditing Barb in the afternoon. Horse session auditors only: $25 per day / $40 for the weekend.
