World Show Update
The Palomino World Championship Horse Show is fast approaching.  Please remember all horses entering must be registered upon arrival.  If you need a registration application visit our website at www.palominohba.com. In addition to the application, please include a copy of the front and back of your breed papers. Be sure and bring you original PHBA certificate to the World Show in order to pick up your packet.

Back by popular demand is live webcast of the World Show. Showcase your business, farm or ranch, stallion or other services on the advertisers webstream. Ads roll continually during the entire show. Rates are only $500 for the entire Youth and Open World Shows. For more info contact the office or visit the website.
 
Palomino Performance Program

This program is designed to award registered PHBA horses for their outstanding performance in other associations and events.  The PPP will increase marketability of the horse, increase registration, memberships & award owners for choosing the Palomino horse.

Equine Artist Orren Mixer Dies at 87
Mixer became a well-known local Western artist during the 1950s and 1960s. Livestock, particularly horses, became his specialty, and his work graced the covers of Western Horseman, The Quarter Horse Journal, Cattleman, and Oklahoma Today. In June 1991, Palomino Horse Breeders of America commissioned Mixer to commemorate PHBA's 50th Anniversary on Canvas. This painting is the palomino "Stallion". He also painted the "Mare and Foal". He has been involved with several other horse associations as well.
